Scent - 19
that warm comforting smell of bread becoming toast beneath the grill the paleness of homemade white bread slowly turning golden brown below the red-hot grill lines becoming crunchy and toasty
Oh, such a mouth watering description! I'll go on with butter melting on the crispy toast, and a spoonful of orange marmalade... Those were the days, now I eat strictly low carb, so it's bacon and eggs for me :-) But in my mind I'm still savoring the toast.... :-)
